Sometimes when I'm trying to be more conscious of what I'm feeding my family and myself I want to run screaming from the grocery store! I want to eat fresh, local, preservative-free, sometimes organic--but also, good fats, low carb, less sugar. My husband even freaks out if he has beef twice in one week! So I can imagine being pregnant (and I remember being pregnant with my first) how these issues can be even more daunting. All I can say is...
